If you would like, you may fill out and print an adoption form prior to visiting the shelter. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability (if unsure of any questions, you may complete those items when you come to the shelter).
Once completed you may either bring it with you to the shelter, or scan it and send it to us at tobaccovalleyanimalshelter@gmail.com.
Dog Adoption Fees:
- Adult dogs over 30 pounds and over 6 months - $100
- Adult dogs under 30 pounds and over 6 months - $200
- Senior dogs over 8 years - $75
- Puppies 6 months and under - $200
All Adoption Fees Include:
- Spay/Neuter
- Core Vaccines
- Deworming
Cat Adoption Fees:
- Adult cats over 6 months - $20
- Kittens 6 months and under - $50
