Velvet

Velvet is a 2-year-old Border Collie/Shepherd mix, weighing about 40 lbs with brains, beauty, and a heart full of love. She was rescued from an overcrowded shelter and given a second chance through a prison training program - where she quickly showed just how intelligent and eager she is!

Velvet is incredibly smart and loves to please, making her a joy to work with and an amazing companion. She thrives on connection and is happiest when she has her person or family by her side. Whether it's learning new skills, going on adventure, or relaxing at home, Velvet is ready to be your loyal partner. 

She's great with people, does well with other pets, and is just waiting for a place to finally call home. 

Velvet has so much love to give - she just needs someone to give her that chance.
